still no idea of what kind of writing should being posted today, but I'm thinking on one of the footballer issue, Fabrice Muamba, a Bolton Wanderers' midfield, collapsed on last Saturday during FA Cup clash agains Spurs, now slowly recovering from his cardiac arrest.
Muamba is being a subject of football unity all around the world, that peoples, both fans and professionals keeps wishing the spirit go on with him and fighting with the cardiac arrest he faced. Let's us forget on the rivalry between us, unites and pray for Muamba's recovery. The good progress is, today, from The Sun, Muamba starts to responding well and managed to talk. Yeah, it was damn good. :-)
The point of view from this issue, cardiac arrest / heart failure does not only happened to the cardiac-illness patient, the high-blood pressure patient and any relating to the cardiac illness. But also, it can be happened to any people, regardless to their health status. Alongside with this, I'm sharing some of the other example for footballer's death with cardiac arrest, is Miklos Feher, for Benfica:-
So, any sport activity is forcing and syncing with your heart beat rate proportionally to your activity. The best ways to avoid cardiac arrest are:-
1. Warming Up before sport activity
2. Stop the activity once you feel the breath is not smooth and chest pain.
3. Rest your sport activity levelly decreasing (e.g Not without sudden stop, and drink water for instant)
4. Minimalism strong contact to your chest and stomach
5. CONTROL YOUR BREATH IN ORDER and BREATH PROPERLY
